Cedar Lake Speedway Announces 2007 Point Fund!

July 19, 2007. New Richmond, WI – In it’s second year under the banner of the DTRA, Cedar Lake Speedway is pleased to announce that it will be paying a huge track point fund at its annual banquet! “We are able to pay a large point fund like this because of the Goodyear tire program”, stated Brad Both of Cedar Lake Speedway. “While DTRA provided funds to some member tracks, Cedar Lake Speedway is funding this extra large point fund from profits generated from tire sales. We are thrilled to be able to give back to the drivers that support us week in and week out.” The winner of the Late Model class will receive a whopping $4,000; the Modified champ will take home $2,000; Super Stocks $1,000; and Midwest Modifieds and Street Stocks $500 each. The point fund will pay the top 10 positions.
